The Store

Our store is located on Southend-on-Sea High Street close to the seafront (full address below). We stock a selection of the website’s best selling products in store as well as a great collection of clothing which is not available online. With hundreds of pairs to try on, you are bound to find a great pair of sunglasses that meet your requirements. Being an independent organisation means we are not tied in with any brands and regularly review the products that are on display.

The shop staff are trained by the technical brands so they can offer unbiased advice for any technical queries. Furthermore being fashion forward they are also highly capable of advising on the hottest styles that will match your own personal style, so whatever your requirements someone will be available to advise on the product that’s right for you.

In store you will also find the well known ‘Oakley Wall’. The largest dedicated Oakley sunglasses display in the country. So if you are into your Oakley shades you will be spoilt for choice. The wall also features Oakley goggles during winter as well as Oakley watches and accessories all year round.

The store is run separately to the website so unfortunately we are unable to process website returns or exchanges in store, they need to be sent back as a return.

Here at the Sunglasses Shop we understand that shopping online may not be for everyone, and unlike many online traders we also have a fully stocked shop. We have the biggest collection of Bollé, Ray-Ban and Serengeti sunglasses in the South-East. We are pleased to announce we now stock Oakley sunglasses and Oakley watches.

With so much choice you may find it hard to select your ideal sunglasses. Not to worry, our staff are here to help, and are constantly revising the latest trends and technology. So whether you are after a pair of fashion sunglasses that you saw on your favourite celebrity or need a pair of tennis sunglasses we are here to help and advise on the pair most suitable to your requirements.

We ensure that all customers leave happy, knowing that the pair of sunglasses they have purchased are exactly what they wanted. We also stock seasonal items, e.g. skiing goggles and surfing sunglasses, and always make sure that we have all products available before the season begins.

Since opening, we have always made sure that a non-biased opinion is given by all of our staff, and all staff will give advice based on their vast knowledge of the entire market and not just their own preferences. We have also ensured that all brands have been road tested by our staff so if you want a pair of cycling sunglasses, for instance, you can be assured that at least one member of staff will have tried every pair of cycling sunglasses and will be able to advise to your requirements accordingly.
